Clubhouse Reservation and Use Policies
The clubhouse and pool/spa are owned by the HVTIA. It has been provided for the use and enjoyment of all owners. Policies for the use of the clubhouse and pool/spa have been developed. The Association, through the CLUBHOUSE MANAGER or designee, is responsible for implementing the following policies:
- Reservations for homeowner use of the clubhouse are to be arranged no less than seven days in advance through the clubhouse manager or designee. The clubhouse manager may waive advanced notice.
- Owners must provide written proof of “extended host liability” from their own insurance company. HVTIA insurance provides liability coverage only for association sponsored activities.
- No alcohol shall be served or made available to anyone under 21 years of age.
- A deposit of $150 is required before a reservation can be accepted for use of the clubhouse. This deposit is refundable provided clubhouse is cleaned, garbage is disposed of at the owner’s home, lights and furnace are turned off, and there has been no property damage. Following the event, the Clubhouse Manager will check to be sure that these conditions have been met. If so, the deposit will be refunded within seventy-two hours.
- There is a Clubhouse Event Reservation Agreement between owner and association that must be signed forty-eight hours in advance of the reservation date. Click here

- Homeowner use of the clubhouse limited to seven hours any one day. This time is to include set up and clean up time as agreed to by the clubhouse manager. Longer hours may be arranged if there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Showers are to be used only by owners using pool/spa facilities.
- By-Laws Section 402.3 is also applicable in its entirety.
