Our association is governed by the following documents. If you’re an HVTIA owner and you’d like to learn how to get a copy of any of these documents, contact our property manager, Amber Puente at AAA Management Solutions: amber.aaamanagementsolutions@gmail.com
HOA Master Insurance Certificate
The HOA Master Insurance Certificate covers clubhouse, pool/spa, and all other common areas of the association.
Annual Budget
The budget is a projection of income and expenses for the year. HVTIA also has a Reserve Planning Calendar that lists the association’s capital assets and a projection of the timeline and dollars needed to repair/replace each asset.
Rules & Regulations
Every owner and resident of HVTIA is bound by the rules and regulations that are put into effect by the Board of Directors. It is important that all residents and owners in HVTIA observe these Rules and Regulations to enhance and maintain the quality of life in our community.
CC and R’s
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) of the association describes an owner’s responsibilities to the association, for example payment of dues and assessments, as well as the association’s various duties to the owners. It is commonly viewed as somewhat of a ‘constitution’ of the association. CC&R’s ‘run with the land’ meaning they are enforceable on current and future buyers of the property.
By-Laws
HVTIA By-Laws describe how we will operate our non-profit corporation. The Bylaws set forth definitions of offices (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and committees involved with the Board of Directors. They also include voting rights, meetings, notices, and other areas involved with the successful operation of the Association.
