Pool / Spa

The pool and spa facilities are regulated and inspected by the Pima County Health Department. Homeowners and guests must abide by the following rules and policies for their use.

Pool and Spa Use Policies

The pool and spa are owned and managed by HVTIA. The facilities are provided for the use and enjoyment of all owners, renters, and their guests.

Access to enter or leave the pool and spa is with a pool key. Owners can contact their block Board members or the HVTIA President for a replacement key. If you are a renter, contact your landlord for a key. There is a $5 fee for a lost key. Pool area gates must remain locked at all times, and temporary propping of gates is prohibited.

Residents may use pool area facilities during posted hours (6am – 10pm) and include up to 4 guests. However, guests MUST be accompanied by the resident at ALL times. You can apply to HVTIA Clubhouse Manager for special event consideration.

The spa is heated all year and kept covered when not in use. The spa cover should be pulled off flat and folded when not in use. Covers insulate best and last longest if replaced bubble-side down. Please do not walk on or place objects on the covers.

The pool is usually heated from about March 15 to October 15; exact dates flex depending on weather conditions. When the weather requires a cover on the pool, it can be rolled up for use, but please replace it before you leave. As soon as weather permits, the pool cover will removed and stored away from pool.

Showers are to be used only by owners and guests using pool/spa facilities.

Owners are fully responsible and liable for the behavior of children, renters, and any guests using the pool/spa facilities. Failure to manage the behavior of these individuals could result in a loss of pool/spa privileges or a fine for any damage in the pool area.
