The clubhouse is available for the use and enjoyment of all owners for activities such as ping pong games, board games, reading, yoga, etc.). The clubhouse is accessed using the pool key and the keypad code on the clubhouse door.
The clubhouse can also be reserved for special events (like birthday parties, family gatherings, art groups, and association social events, etc.). When a reserved event is underway, the reserving resident must be in attendance (book clubs, sewing circles, etc.).

Clubhouse Special Event Reservation:
- There is a Clubhouse Special Event Reservation Agreement between owner and association that must be signed no less than forty-eight hours in advance of the reservation date. Download the printable agreement here: Clubhouse Special Event Reservation Agreement
- If possible, special event reservations for use of the clubhouse should be arranged at least seven days in advance of the event through the clubhouse manager. In some cases, the clubhouse manager may waive advanced notice.
- A deposit of $150 is required before a special event reservation can be accepted for use of the clubhouse. This deposit is refundable provided clubhouse is cleaned, garbage is disposed of at the owner’s home, lights and air-conditioning or furnace are turned off, and there has been no property damage. Following the event, the Clubhouse Manager will check that these conditions have been met. If so, the deposit will be refunded within seventy-two hours.
- Event reservation use of the clubhouse limited to seven hours any one day. This time is to include set up and clean up time as agreed to by the clubhouse manager. Longer hours may be arranged if there are no scheduling conflicts.
- No alcohol shall be served or made available to anyone under 21 years of age.
