Carports: Because of the limited storage in our units, carports can easily become a place to “temporarily” store things that are in the way. Unfortunately, when that happens, they quickly become unsightly and reflect poorly on the whole community. Simply stated, according to our By-Laws, Deed Restrictions, and Pima County laws, carports are for parking functioning cars and patio living. They are to be neat, and clean when viewed from the street. All stored items must be kept inside enclosed lockers, cabinets or otherwise hidden from view. Finally, no repetitive or commercial activity is allowed. The Board will work with members of our community to help everyone meet this goal. |
