Townhome Painting: Dunn Edwards brand Navajo White is our ONLY APPROVED COLOR for painting your exterior walls. Board members have a painted sample of this color. It’s highly recommended that if you want to use another brand of Navajo White, you take a sample with you when purchasing your paint to compare it with our approved color. Townhomes painted in a non-matching color will have to be repainted.
